除了在IMJU HK網站特別註明的推廣活動外,交貨政策現列明如下。 本訂單、送貨及退換貨政策的中文和英文版本之間如有差異,則以英文版本為準。

選購產品→填寫個人資料→付款→收到確認電郵→訂購完成

完成付款後,將會收到電郵確認。訂單將在確認付款後的3-5個工作天內處理,包裹將在3-5個工作天內*派送。當訂單寄出時,閣下將會收到成功訂購貨品的通知郵件,電郵內會有訂單的追蹤號碼供客人查閱訂單的狀態。

*因應派遞機構營業時間,運送時間會有所調整,有關詳情建議瀏覽派遞機構最新消息。

  • 網站內所有產品價格以港元計算。所有訂單均以當時的價格為基準。Pias Intercosmex (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. (統稱「Pias」,「我們」,「我們的」 或「本公司」),是根據確認時的價格收取費用。
  • 網站產品價格可能有所變動,恕不作事前通知。
  • 訂單金額折扣後滿HK$500,即享免運費優惠。
  • 訂單金額折扣後未滿HK$500,運費由客人到付。

我們的一般運送服務地區包括香港島、九龍、新界及離島。指定地區不設配送服務,包括但不限於︰大浪灣、羅湖、大澳、小蠔灣、蒲台島。(部份地點或偏遠地區可能需要額外收費,請參考順豐速運網站 )

我們是不接受郵政信箱(一般縮寫或稱為郵箱)作為送貨地址。

每份訂單只限送往一個地址。如要將貨品配送不同地址,請按不同地址分開下單。

  • 訂單將於付款確認後3-5個工作天處理及寄出,視貨存而定。
  • 於正常情況下,訂單於發貨後2-3個工作天內*派送。香港偏遠地區的訂單,大概3-4個工作天*送達。(包裹實時運送情況視乎快遞公司服務,有關派送時間詳情請查詢順豐速運。)

  • 當您的訂單寄出後,您將會透過電郵收到送貨確定通知。此電郵包含訂單資料和訂單追蹤號碼。如有需要,請自行聯絡派遞機構以追蹤貨件。
  • 貨物寄出後,如有需要更改地址,請自行聯絡派遞機構另作安排。衍生的額外費用必須自付。
  • 如顧客因個人理由未能收件,請自行與派遞機構聯絡安排。如貨件屢次派送失敗,你的訂單可能會被取消,本公司將不負責因遺失或退回的包裹所帶來的額外費用。
  • 如產品於運送期間損毀或遺失,本公司恕不負責。

所有已售出之貨品,恕不接受更換或退款。

Order, Shipping and Return Policy

With the exception of specifically listed promotions on E-Shop of IMJU HK, the delivery policy is listed below. If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of this Order, Shipping and Return Policy, the English version shall prevail.

Register/Login → Put your items into cart → Fill in personal information → Payment → Receive e-mail confirmation → Order finished

You will receive an email for order confirmation after payment. The order will be processed in 3-5 business days upon confirmation of payment. The parcel will be shipped in 3-5 business days*. Once the order is ready to be shipped, an email notification containing order tracking number will be sent to the customer.

*The delivery time may suspend due to the operating hours of delivery service, please refer to latest news of related vendors.

  • All prices on this website are stated in Hong Kong Dollar (HK$). All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. Pias Intercosmex (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. (referred to collectively as “we”, “our” or “us”) will bill at price in effect at time of the payment confirmed.
  • Product prices listed are current however are subject to change without advanced notice.
  • Free Standard Shipping with order over HK$500 (after discount)
  • Delivery fee will be borne by customer by freight collect with order below HK$500 (after discount)

-Our Standard Delivery Service is available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Outlying Islands. This service is NOT available in specified areas, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O Island, Siu Ho Wan and Po Toi Islands. *Some remote areas may incur extra charge, please refer to this web page of SF-express for your reference.
-Post Office Box (commonly abbreviated as P.O. box, or also known as a postal box) is not accepted as a shipping address.
-Orders will be delivered to the address provided by customer when placing their order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If you wish to send orders to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

  • The parcel will be ready and dispatched in 3-5 business days upon confirmation of payment. This might vary depending on stock availability.
  • Under normal circumstances, the order will arrive at the delivery address in 2-3 business days* after dispatch. For remote areas, it might take 3-4 business days. (Actual delivery time varies)
    *The delivery time may suspend due to the operating hours of delivery service, please refer to latest news of related vendors.
  • Once the order is ready to be shipped, an email notification containing order tracking number will be sent to the customer from us. Please contact the shipping company directly to track the shipment.
  • Once the order is shipped out, any changes in the address shall be arranged with the shipping company by contacting their Customer Service directly. Any incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.
  • If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact the shipping company directly in order to make further arrangements. If customer is not reachable for delivery after several attempts, the order might risk being cancelled and not refunded.
  • We will not be responsible for any product damages during delivery. 

No refund/ exchange is allowed under all circumstances.
